Your QR Code will be emailed to you at the time of purchase and is located at the top of the ticket, and the gate entry hangers will be sent again by email a few days later once payment has been processed.

As this transition takes place, some people will have issues locating their digital tickets that need to be scanned at the gates (QR CODES). It's therefore worth checking any emails received off the back of orders placed on our our website, well in advance, to make sure you've got what you need when you arrive at the event.

Your QR Code should be found on an email sent to you soon after purchasing admission tickets, but if you can't find them, below is some info to help you avoid missing out.

If you are unable to find your QR code please go to our contact page  on our website (https://www.rscombe.com/) and click on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to send us an email and then one of the team will resend your code to your email address in a timely manner.

Please be aware that the door hangers are not being sent out at the time of purchase as these will be sent out a few days after the payment has been paid.
